By availing of the "Free 2D, 3D Design & Walkthrough Video" offer provided by Neststory Design Studio, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility Criteria

  • This offer is only available to individuals who: Reside in Pune & Pimpri-Chinchwad.
  • Have a budget of ₹10 Lacs or more for an interior design project.

 

2. Offer Details

  • The offer includes: Free 2D design/layout interior design project.
  • Free 3D design visualizations based on your requirements.
  • Free walkthrough video showcasing your sdpace before even its build.
  • The offer is provided exclusively as part of a consultation for new interior design projects.

 

3. Application of Offer

  • To claim this offer, you must fill out the application form or contact us directly via our designated communication channels (email, phone, or website).
  • Neststory Design Studio will review each application based on project scope, feasibility, and eligibility criteria.
  • Neststory Design Studio reserves the right to approve or decline participation in this offer at its sole discretion.

 

4. Geographic Limitation

  • This offer is valid only for clients located within Pune & PCMC. For clients outside of Pune & PCMC, additional charges may apply for services.

 

5. Project Finalization

  • To initiate the 3D design process, a refundable advance of ₹30,000 is required.
    • This amount confirms your intent and helps us allocate expert resources for your project.
    • If you feel the designs do not meet your expectations, we will refund the full amount — no questions asked.

    Design Process Overview:

    2D Design Stage: We begin with 2D layout planning for review and feedback.
    3D Design Stage: Once 2D layouts are approved, 3D designs are created.
    Walkthrough Video: After final approval of 3D views, a walkthrough video will be produced.

  • All designs will be showcased at our office location during the design review process and will not be shared over WhatsApp or any other messaging platform until the project is finalized and a formal agreement is signed for the full interior design project.

 

6. Rights Reserved

  • Neststory Design Studio reserves the right to choose which projects or individuals are eligible for this offer, based on internal criteria including project scope, complexity, and budget.

 

7. Design Showcase

  • The free 2D, 3D designs, and walkthrough video created as part of this offer will be showcased in a presentation at our office.
  • These designs will not be directly shared with the client for personal use or outside of the office presentation unless the project is finalized and a formal agreement is made for the full interior design project.

 

8. Offer Duration

  • This offer is valid for a limited time only and may be withdrawn at any time without notice. Availability is subject to the discretion of Neststory Design Studio.

 

9. General Conditions

  • Neststory Design Studio is not responsible for any costs incurred for services outside of the specific scope outlined in the offer.
  • Neststory Design Studio reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Any updates will be communicated directly to clients who have opted for the offer.
